A Sugar Free Lifestyle


When you make a decision to go sugar free, you are looking at a lifestyle change not a diet. In order to make a quality change like this, you will need to change your eating habits.

Fried foods can be full of harmful fats, so it is best that you avoid fried foods while trying to eat sugar free. If you do choose beef or pork, choose only the lean pieces. These smaller meals are much better for you than say two larger meals where you eat the recommended calories and sugar content for the day. Causes of Eating Disorders


The two main causes of eating disorders are fashion and culture. In other words, without fashion or culture, the pressure to be thin would not be so pervasive in modern society. These victims are too intent on controlling something in their lives to let it go when someone mentions that they are looking too thin. I have been scouting for alternatives to commercial sports and protein drinks for a while. The reason is because just about all energy drinks and protein drinks on the market are full of sweeteners and artificial additives. I don't know about you but I don't think drinking anything containing artificial ingredients at a time when your body needs the nutrients the most is going to benefit you short term and definitely not long term.

Here is how to make Power Tea

This tea can be used for anyone and not just athletes. One of the main ingredients is Gelatin, Gelatin from Beef is the preferred choice but unless you live in the U.S.A. it can be difficult to get hold of. Exercises for Stressed Eyes


In this information age sitting in front of your computer, whether for work or for relaxing by spending few hours on a video game is inevitable. After a long day in front of the computer, it is common to start feeling tired, irritable, or pain in the eyes or head.
